All is set for our next FUN-FILLED fundraising event, themed, 'GALILEE WALK. This event will take place at Hyde Park, London on Monday 2nd of April 2018 from 9.30am. Registration will start promptly. The meeting point is at the Speaker's Corner at Hyde
Park. Please, enter the park through the gate at the Speaker's Corner. Nearest Underground Station is Hyde Park Corner on the Piccadilly Line in London.

The weather forecast for 2nd April suggests that it would be partly cloudy with some showers. Dress warmly and take a brolly just in case.

1. *Galilee Walk* 2nd April - Meeting point -  Speakers corner

2. *Arrival/Walk Start Times*
Arrivals from 9.30am. Attendees will be divided into  three groups for the walk based on arrival/start time.

3. *First group* will start at 10am, *second group* 10.30am, *third group* 11am.

4. *Registration will start at 9.30am and *Certificate will be given out at the end of the event.

5. *Attendees will walk in groups and will be supported by a team leader.

6. *The picnic starts from 12noon* and will finish at 2pm.

7. *Look gorgeous as photos will be taken during the event. Attending this Galilee Walk means that you have given the organisers permission to take your photograph and share them on the schools website and on social media except you expressively object to it.

7, Please, bring your *sponsorship forms* and £100 if you haven't paid into the OGMG UK AND IRELAND account on Monday 2nd of April 2018.

8. Bring *a blanket(waterproof)/mat/beach towel* for sitting during the picnic
